How we do

We believe that sustainable change can only be achieved through a genuine understanding of the real issues facing organizations. We provide consultations by collaborating with our clients, involving them in creating and developing a participate process to bring about real change. Our approach is based on the notion of “Working together for Change”.

Our Objectives

What we do

  • To assist government/voluntary/corporate agencies for strengthening management of development programs and projects through research studies, consulting, training program and advisory services.

  • To provide project management services for the implementation of development projects in Nepal.

  • To provide Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) services for development agencies working in the public as well as the private sector.

  • To develop a pool of young professionals to manage development programs in Nepal

Foundation for Development Management (FDM) has been established with the aim to provide indispensable support to government, non-government, corporate and private sectors in the areas of development for the last 24 years.

Our Work

FDM has completed more than 100 projects covering a wide-range of topics such as health, governance, education, disaster risk reduction, gender, child rights, sustainable development, livelihood, leadership, social inclusion and organization building.
