Introduction

Foundation for Development Management (FDM) is a development support organization mandated to provide services such as Project Design, Monitoring and Evaluation, Program Management and Implementation, Capacity Building and Facilitation, Institutional Development, Strategic Planning, Research, Evaluation and Policy Analysis to public, private and NGO sector organizations seeking expertise in different development fields. FDM’s mission is to contribute to societal development, by injecting effective management practices in public, private, and social organizations.

Having served over 30 national and international clients comprising of government, non – government, private and donor organisations, FDM is anchored by a strong pool of professionals from not only Nepal but countries like Singapore, UK, Philippines and Thailand. FDM’s past clients include USAID, DFID, Mercy Corps, World Bank, Asian Development Bank (ADB), Alternative Energy Promotion Centre (AEPC), Practical Action, Nepal Police, Nepal Dalit Commission and Save the Children among others.
