Ashika Sharma

Ashika is a Research and M&E professional with more than six years of experience in conducting research pertaining to education with a focus on in-school and out-school children, initial teacher education, teacher’s professional development, and school governance. She is a Chevening Scholar and holds postgraduate degrees in International Education and Development from the University of Sussex, UK, and an MA. in Sociology from Tribhuvan University Nepal. Her interest lies in conducting research employing Randomized Control Trial (RCT), Quasi-experimental, and Cross-sectional research design using a mixed-method approach. Throughout her career, she has specialized in designing both quantitative and qualitative data collection tools and instruments according to the logical framework and/or application of the study, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and writing reports.
