Rapid Assessment of Taxpayer’s Satisfaction

FDM conducted Taxpayer Satisfaction Survey which is implemented under the guidance of the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) and supported by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). The subsequent surveys were carried out in 2003, 2010, 2013 and 2017. The project aims at improving the ability of IRD to collect government revenue transparently and efficiently, taking due account of the corporate environment. The major objectives of the project towards achieving it aims to raise the level of satisfaction among taxpayers in regards to service delivery of various offices under IRD. The survey was comprised of both quantitative and qualitative measures of data collection.
