PEA for FCDO collaborative governance learning pilot

FDM is currently involved in conducting PEA for FCDO collaborative governance learning pilot. The assignment is contracted by The Asia Foundation to FDM. The project is dedicated to enhance provincial governance in Lumbini and Karnali provinces. Through a comprehensive Political Economy Analysis (PEA), this initiative aims to identify and address key issues within provincial governance structures. The PEA will serve as a critical tool to uncover the challenges and opportunities for reform, guiding the project to effectively strengthen provincial governance. The study is conducted in 2 provinces namely, Lumbini and Karnali. The consultations were done with ministers of various ministries, political leaders, bureaucrats, business associations, CSOs and academicians in both the provinces.
