Study on Custodial Management in Nepal

FDM conducted a study on custodial management funded by DFID. The objective of the assignment was to review the custody management practices followed by Nepal police in terms of existing infrastructure, facilities and behavior of police officers towards detainees, analyze the measures taken to ensure human and child right and to assess the knowledge of police officers on custody management. The study was guided by R&P Directorate of Nepal police.
